By booking a reading or using the services of LP Astrology Consultations, (“the Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to the following terms.
1. About Your Reading
Astrology is one of many tools people use for reflection and personal insight— much like books, research, or journaling. The guidance shared during your session reflects LP Astrology Consultations training, experience, and personal interpretation of your birth chart. As with any interpretive practice, a reading offers a perspective, not a complete or definitive picture of your life, and different astrologers may read the same chart differently.
You are always the one in the driver’s seat. Take what resonates and leave what does not. Nothing discussed during your session removes, replaces, or overrides your free will, and you remain fully responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on your reading, whether in the moment or afterward.
If you’re working through something that calls for legal, medical, financial, or mental health expertise, we’d encourage you to bring in a licensed professional in that area alongside anything you take from your session here.
2. Accuracy of Birth Data
By providing your date, time, and place of birth, you confirm that this information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Accurate birth data is essential for a reliable reading — even a difference of a few minutes in birth time can meaningfully change a chart’s interpretation.
If it is later discovered that the birth data you provided was incorrect:
- You will need to schedule and pay for a new appointment to receive a reading based on the corrected data.
- No refund will be issued for a reading that was conducted using inaccurate birth data supplied by you.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 24+ hours before your appointment: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund. To request one, email lynda@lpastrology.com .
- Within 24 hours of your appointment: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund.
- No-shows: Missed appointments without prior cancellation are not eligible for a refund.
- If, for any reason, services cannot be rendered by LP Astrology, you will receive notice along with a refund prior to your booking time.
